How do I schedule my first appointment?

After you reach out to me by leaving a voicemail message or emailing through my website, I typically schedule a brief introductory phone call. The goal of the call is to better understand what you are struggling with, verify that it fits within my expertise, and make sure our schedules align. We will then schedule an in-person meeting. I primarily schedule in-person appointments, but can accommodate virtual when needed.

What insurance do you accept?

I accept all insurance plans and am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Medicare.

How much does a therapy session cost?

Individual therapy sessions are $180. I accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, and cash.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual sessions?

I primarily see clients in-person at my Golden Valley office, but I can accommodate virtual sessions when needed using a secure telehealth platform. I am licensed to provide telehealth services in all PSYPACT states.

I specialize in treating Eating Disorders, Depression, and Anxiety through individual outpatient psychotherapy. I have over 22 years of clinical experience and am a member of the Academy of Eating Disorders.
